Its goal is to develop generative AI tools in Spanish specifically designed for people with intellectual disabilities. This work seeks to promote inclusion and accessibility, reduce the digital divide and improve the quality of life of these people, with an ethical and environmentally responsible approach. Through a user-centred design (UCC), end users will actively participate in all phases of the project from the customization of language models to the design of cognitively accessible interfaces, implementing the &#8220;human in the loop&#8221; approach.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"256\" height=\"256\" class=\"wp-image-1294\" style=\"object-fit: cover; width: 96px; height: 96px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.catac.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/xarxa.png\" alt=\"Logo tean\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.catac.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/xarxa.png 256w, https:\/\/www.catac.upc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/xarxa-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 256px) 100vw, 256px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Research groups from 4 universities collaborate in the development of the project.
